Sasto Hotel - Matrafured

The hotel had a wonderful playground for the kids to explore, and they absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was such a relief to find a hotel that catered to families with young children.

For dads, it would be great to have a mini fridge in the room to store snacks and drinks for the kids.

The location was perfect for us as we hiked and took advantage of the great facilities such as the wellness center and community room for kids. We also enjoyed the restaurant's tasty and reasonably priced meals. The staff was really helpful and always around to assist us with anything we needed. we were pleased with the hotel's cleanliness, its on-site parking, and the convenient transportation options.

If you are looking for a family, friendly hotel in a beautiful natural location, this place is ideal. the hotel is surrounded by forests, lakes, and a well, maintained park. For families with kids, there is a large playground and several indoor and outdoor pools. the rooms are small but cozy with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Breakfast is nice with plenty of options available. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

One aspect that could be improved is the Wi, Fi connection, which can be unreliable at times.

Celebrated the New year with lots of activities in a beautiful environment. the spa area was fantastic and the different pools were relaxing. the staff was friendly and hospitable. the breakfast served had a good variety including delicious pastries and fresh fruits.

The room was too small and not properly cleaned. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows.

During our romantic escape, we found our stay at this hotel to be just perfect for us. The location was ideal, as it offered us the quiet and tranquil setting we were looking for. the hiking trails nearby allowed us to explore the great outdoors, which we both loved. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The wellness section was another great feature, as we enjoyed relaxing in the saunas and swimming in the pool.

There were a few aspects of our stay that could have been better. The pillows in our room were too soft, and the cleaning service was not thorough enough.
